The buildings were designed in a mixed structure: the underground part as a monolithic structure, and the above-ground part in a prefabricated structure.
In total, over 1960 m of DELTABEAM® beams and hidden PCs® Corbels were built into the project. The buildings meet the highest LEED certification standards.
